Every piece of purrchandise is printed or embroidered just for you when you order it. That’s why we can’t take back items that arrive exactly as ordered. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Items
Email catcierge@clubpurradise.com within 21 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the problem
- A photo of the item’s label or packing slip
We’ll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll get a full refund instead. No need to send the item back.
What We Can’t Return or Exchange
- Wrong size or changed your mind. Because items are made to order, we can’t exchange or refund them. Double-check your size before you order.
- Normal wear, or damage from washing outside the care instructions.
Shipping Problems
- Lost in transit: if tracking stops moving, email us and we’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement.
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and your local post office first. Once tracking shows delivered, the carrier is responsible, and we can’t replace the order.
- Wrong or incomplete address: if a package comes back because of the address entered at checkout, we’ll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost. Packages unclaimed after 30 days can’t be recovered.
Cancelling an Order
Orders head to production fast. Email us right away. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it’s in production, it can’t be cancelled.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including the sales tax on the refunded item. Shipping is refunded only when the problem was our error. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Membership Dues and Member Gear
Membership dues are covered by the Membership Terms: they’re monthly and non-refundable. Member reward gear that arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong is replaced under the same rules as purrchandise above.
