Club Purradise LLC (“Club Purradise,” “we,” “us”) runs clubpurradise.com from Fort White, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, join the staff, shop purrchandise or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to run the club, ship your gear and answer your messages, and we never sell your information.
What We Collect
- Your account: name, username, email address and password.
- Membership checkout: billing name and address, shipping address and apparel size, so we can send your rewards.
- Purrchandise orders: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored on our site.
- Contact form and email: your name, email, topic and whatever you write to us.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, plus cookies that keep you logged in, remember your cart and record how you found us.
How We Use It
- Run your membership: billing, your Staff Number, votes, rewards on your clock and your member discount.
- Make and ship your gear and purrchandise orders.
- Send account and order emails, your Welcome Kit and the Monthly Guest Report.
- Answer your messages and adoption inquiries.
- Keep tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, and keep the site secure.
Who We Share It With
Only the services that help us run the club, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Printful prints and ships your gear and orders, using your name, shipping address and order details.
- DreamHost hosts our website and email.
- Accountants and government agencies, when the law requires it (for example, sales tax).
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. Ever. The Staff Room and other club groups on Facebook are run on Facebook’s platform, so Meta’s privacy policy covers what you post there.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your account information while you’re on staff or have an account with us. Order, payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Contact form messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you.
Your Choices
- Update your details anytime from your account.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll delete everything except records we’re legally required to keep.
- Account and order emails come with membership and purchases. Anything else, you can opt out of by replying or emailing us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser. Logging in and the cart need them to work.
Security
The site runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments go through Stripe, and account access is password-protected. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we treat the guests: carefully.
Children
Club Purradise is not intended for children under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also go out by email to members.
