How the Vote Works
Club Purradise runs on votes. We call it DemoCatic.
Every $10 of dues banks one vote, every month you’re on staff. Your votes stack: they never reset or expire for as long as you stay. We scope and price what comes next, from a new build to a new hire. You decide how it turns out. Spend your votes on the ballots you care about, or stack them for the ones that matter most.
When a project you helped fund is finished, your name goes on the Wall of Fame, under whatever display name you choose.
Votes decide how member projects turn out. They aren’t ownership, equity, or a hand on the business itself. The cats would never allow it. Final say on safety, animal welfare, legal matters and budget stays with the club.
Staff Questions
Can I change my post?
Anytime. Your Staff Number and seniority come with you, and your reward clock restarts with your new rank’s Welcome Kit. Your banked votes come with you too. Moving down means leaving behind anything the new rank doesn’t include, like a Personal AdvoCat sponsorship.
Do I have to do anything?
Nothing’s required. Sharing, voting, events, rewards: it’s all opt-in, and skipping any of it never touches your standing. The cats set the standards. You set your own pace.
What’s a Personal AdvoCat?
Chef Saison and Chef Village members pick one guest from our monthly guest list. Your dues cover that guest’s food and shelter, and you become their Personal AdvoCat: their virtual foster, and the only one they’ll have. Your guest lives here on the grounds, stars in their own videos, and may turn up on Caturday Night Live unannounced. Your job, with the whole staff behind you, is helping them find their furever hoomans. If that turns out to be you, the adoption fee is waived.
What happens when my guest gets adopted?
That’s the whole point. Congratulations. Pick a new guest at the same rate, switch ranks, or step away. Your call.
How do free Cattage nights work?
They’re earned on your clock and booked in advance, based on availability. Use each one within 12 months of earning it. Every visitor, members and their guests alike, signs our Visitor Waiver & Release before each stay.
What happens after my first year?
The clock keeps running. Year two brings a fresh round of gear marking your years of service.
Is membership a donation?
No. Dues pay for a membership, not a charitable gift, and aren’t tax-deductible. And “staff” is a title, not a job. Members aren’t employees, contractors or volunteers.
How do I cancel?
Email catcierge@clubpurradise.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Dues are monthly and non-refundable, and when a membership ends, banked votes, rewards and perks end with it. Come back anytime; your clock and seniority start fresh.
Your Staff Number’s Waiting
Staff Numbers go out in the order people join, and they’re never reissued. The sooner you clock in, the lower yours is.
Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. By joining, you agree to the Membership Terms, including the at-your-own-risk waiver in Section 11.
